About Kyra

I spent years watching smart, capable women stay completely stuck, in my coaching sessions, in my tutoring room, and honestly, in my own life.

I graduated as valedictorian of my psychology degree and currently work as a research assistant, contributing to and co-authoring published studies. I also have ADHD, started multiple businesses before I was 25, and once ignored a major opportunity for two weeks because some part of me decided I wasn't ready.

I know what self-sabotage looks like from the inside. After working with hundreds of students and clients, one thing became impossible to ignore. Knowledge alone does not create change. That gap between knowing and doing is not a willpower problem. It is a pattern problem.
